What does the player ID mean at the bottom of the screen? My screen is frozen but the ID is visible. Can this help me get back to my game?

Really need some help. I play on a two year old iPad. Today the screens froze on the opening scene. Haven’t been able to go anywhere. I am not on facebook Too much of a security risk. Hate the fat that those who are not on facebooks are not given the same advantages ie gifts etc. Anyone help me

It has been well over a month. Used to be new levels released every two weeks on a Thursday. Thought this might be the week but I guess not.

In the past they were in two weeks intervals. This is going on four weeks. I have been wondering about this as well. I guess it is good to hear others were having the same issues.

I play AB2 on my iPad and iPhone. This current update is screwy. I had no problem but now it keeps crashing on both devices. Turned off both and still having a problem. My phone is a six but the iPad is only a year old. Don’t know what else to do.

I am not able to receive levels 2141-2150 of Hogota. I can see levels 2151-2i60 but can not play them since I have not completed those previously mentioned. I am not on facebook and have checked to see is all my updates are current. I play on a 2018 iPad .
Can anyone help me?

I have had this problem as well. Very annoying. Always happen on the 7th level and I get cheated out of a win streak. Playing on an iPad

Anyone having problems with the new update on their I phones? I have a 6s and ever time I try to update it blinks out on me. Was able to update on my I pad but not the phone. Tried turning off the phone but that is not working.

I have an I phone 6 and am having trouble completing the update. Have an old I pad and was able to update like before but the screen one my phone just keeps saying update and won’t let me complete the process. Have checked and we are connected to the internet. Any one else having any problems

I am using an iPhone 6s and downloaded the new update. Now, every time I have tried to log in, the message “connection error” appears “retry”. I have repeatedly try to do this but the same message keeps reappearing. I know there is nothing wrong with the internet. Anyone having this problem or can anyone give me an idea of what to do.

How do I backup all my levels for AB2? I am not on Facebook or any other social media platforms. I am playing on an iPad that is about 4 years old and am afraid one of these days it is going to blink out and all my hard work on the 1080 levels will be wiped out.
Can any one help me with this?
