@smwforever45 — The problem is not leveling up our birds. The problem is that all set items and banners are also linked to level, so we have to re-acquire all new sets, or be at a disadvantage. Even if the bonus is only 1%/level, with enchantment it adds up — level 60 with +10 would be 15% better than what we have now.

The Valiant bug is horrid. Against tough groups, it’s nearly essential. Lose the flip, and you’re done. Just got KO’ed in 3 rounds (TH+Ballista went Crit on banner twice in first two rounds, then Chuck went rage in round 3). Just barely made my objectives, too, and they were relatively easy.

Yeah, it takes a while. Definitely not for grinding. Also too many people use birds that dispel or are immune to effects for it to be generally effective.

It’s a special occasion group for certain objectives (use priestess, no chili, blues KO Matty, KO 10 birds), or for a change of pace. Definitely not my grinding team.

Another use for her is what I call the rope-a-dope strategy in the arena.

No, I had all birds at Level 10, and then focused on Bomb/Blues to get them to 12. I hadn’t read all the posts in this thread, and assumed that having fewer LC class buys would increase the odds of getting snout updates for the remaining classes.

In the future, I’ll update the classes I use most, then try to even out the rest.

The probability of a snout dojo upgrade is constant. When down to 2-3 classes I was still averaging 6 snout buys per cycle (just getting 2-3 per remaining class). My weekly average was constant over the entire process, and I got all blues/bomb classes to 12 before others.

I’ve always had trouble with rainbird and autoplay. The autoplay uses a fixed atack/heal/heal sequence for him, and doesn’t reset when starting a stage, nor does it realize that all your birds are 100% health and stop healing.
