I think the easiest first shout is to shoot it just like the video, but active the egg so that the Pig swings around and hits the rock. This works almost every time.

Same as above, but it was easier in reverse order.

1) Go under the first bird hanging from the string and detonate the 3rd TNT.

2) Do just like the first shot in the video.

This has a much higher success rate.
