I tried going back to an early version with the hats but I couldn’t reproduce the Big Bang required. No hope of getting near a top score in today’s Challenge. Well, if anyone does, I will eat my hat.

64730/2 I’ve been bashing this for a week and improved another 900 points. Obviously not as fired up as you were @rush by watching that crazy stuff.

66930/2 Just sheer brute force, three days after Challenge. Key is getting the carcass to leap up and then destroy all the wood. Almost impossible. Might be quicker in Classics (?) but I doubt better.

Thanks @playdbird for the strategy and @comex666 for the video. Activated the first bird just below the flashing light and lined up the second bird with the atmosphere line of the right planet. Zoomed in. Fun level to play!

Up to 65870. Realised that this was my oldest standing high score, previously set in November 2012.

Eventually eked out another 70 points on this level, one day after the Challenge. I can’t help wondering if Classics might be a better bet in the long run. Can’t bring myself to test that one out.

Lucky day! Was awarded the 1000 coin jackpot with the Wheel. Just puts a positive spin on everything for the day.
