Any update on this issue? I have the same problem and because of it I can’t play the new event to unlock chuck’s new class.

Thanks for the responses! I should’ve stated that I acquired them at level 50 as well as in diamond.

@jadedbacon that makes sense. I’ll go ahead and start enchanting them then. My banner’s total health only sits around 17k, while I’m fighting some banners with 23+. That’s a lot of shards, but definitely worth it.
