The strategy for Hammerfest Level 2, Smashing Performance, is to slide both Vikings into the boat with an angled cut. Unfortunately, the block of ice is too big for our hammer-wielding friend to smash, to cut it in half for him and earn par using only 2 cuts. For the coin objective, simply release the treasure chest on the right side of the level.

Did this one with two cuts:
1. Start on the right side to cut the rope and the top section of the iceberg as close to the top of the two vikings as possible. The chest should fall and the cut ice will stay.
2. Start the cut on the left side and angle it high to low and get as close to the bottom of the two vikings as possible. Both cut pieces will fall and the one with the vikings will get smashed.
