chinolatino@chinolatinoI flew from Singapore to Philippines and everything was fine yesterday in Singapore, but here in Philippines I lost weeks of progress, gold, weapons, head gear and more.

Are you signed in to a Rovio account on your game? If yes your progress should be synced when you close and restart your game.
If that doesn’t work try contacting Rovio. I never had this problem so I can’t really help a lot, sorry :(
Rowdypup@rowdypup@chinolatino happens to me to, but on Go!- this thing pops up saying “Save File Conflict”, allowing you to pick 2 files, which are IDENTICAL! If I chose “incorrectly” (what I presume), I lose half my gems, thousands of coins, special karts that I WORKED FOR, and the Daily Event counter is reset to Day 1.
I know it isn’t the exact same thing as your problem, but it is similar
datguygamer@datguygamerLog out and then Log in to your Rovio account. Otherwise, it is lost. Maybe Rovio can help you after that but I am not sure on that.

chinolatino@chinolatinoI tried logging in and logging out. That didn’t work, so I tried it on a different phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now on 1 phone I am logged in weeks behind and on the other phone I’m at level 1. I’m really worried after playing the game for 2 years.
chinolatino@chinolatinoI’m not sure what’s happening with Rovio support. When I first started playing the game they had best-in-class support. It’s been 2 weeks on once ticket without a response and a week with this one. No one replies and I’m starting to lose hope.
I’ve sent in all the screen captures too. Quite sad.

Angry Green Pig@p2winit happened to me too, I lost maybe 3 weeks of progress, lost 14000+ snoutlings and 80 GC! including the knight elite, opened a case and I keep updating it but I got no REPLY AT ALL!
RedYoshi45@smwforever45Getting a reply took me 3 weeks in my case about the Pig Cherry Juices. Give them a month to reply – constantly sending them new messages isn’t really going to help.
