Lately I’ve noticed that when trying to play a video (free rare chest, free common chest, common chest continue, TOF continue, etc.) the game freezes and the video doesn’t play. If I minimize the app, but don’t close it, and then reopen, I can at least X out of the video. Trying to play it simply locks up again.
And it doesn’t matter about what kind of connection I’m on. Its done it on the wifi at home and elsewhere, and on the 4G connection. Given how random it is, I’m getting it might be a specific video which is causing it.
It sucks because I had a great run in the TOF today, but ended up having to pay 400 gems to continue as the video option froze. Thankfully I had a ton of earned gems and didn’t go negative, but only earned a total of about 100 beyond what was spent in the TOF.
