Valentine Ship Bow missing :(

  • I ranked at 3395 at the Love Pig event and got my gifts at the item box. The ship bow was there and when I clicked the green mark to get it, it took a while refreshing and showed a message of “you already have received this item”. Unfortunately I didn’t take any screenshot, because I went to check if it was at my item box and sadly it wasn’t. I didn’t get the bow :(

    I sent a support request to Rovio, but I would like to know of someone experienced the same on this or past events.

    @shirokova, I had the same issue collecting a 10000 point prize several months ago. I think it was the Halloween Basket for Stella. There had been Server errors & I had experienced the “now loading” screen & then got the same message as you. I too opened a Ticket. I had taken screenshots & a few days later they re-sent the item to my Gift Box. I expect they’ll do the same for you as they should be able to see you don’t have the Bow in your Item Box.

    Try closing the app completely and reopening it. I had the issue with my daily reward and, when I reopened the app, I had the item in my inventory.

    It happened to me with 5 arena tickets I got for playing the daily challenge.
    “You have already received this item”
    I had not..

    Unfortunately I did not find them in my gift box after closing the game.
    Have opened a ticket w Rovio. Will let you know response.

    I did not experience exactly the same. However I got a similar message when I tried to collect the 5x arena tickets from yesterdays daily challenge. As far as I can remember, the same happened to me during the previous arena event.

    In my experience, it wasn’t in the gift box when I re-opened the app. It was in my inventory, collected.

    @Bame Goy: After opening a ticket with Rovio. I did not revceive an email reply but they did give me my 5 arena tickets back. (Found them in inbox underneath it said compensation) Hope you did too.

    Yes! they finally send it yesterday… I’m glad this had a happy ending :) thank you so much to everyone sharing their experiences, hope there’s something to fix these issues in a future version of the game :)
