Ultimate Optimus prime upgrade loop

Ultimate Optimus prime won’t stop saying upgrade complete. In result I can not upgrade anyone else. I’ve tried a hard reset, refreshing the game, nothing works. It’s happening on my iPad and iPhone as well.

@dechiara-tharpe-moran The cause of this problem might be your usage of 2 devices for the game. If that’s the case, uninstall the game from one of those devices and ask Rovio to restore your progress from a time before the issue started happening.

I’ve had the same issue for over 3 weeks. Only playing on one device, have reinstalled several times, no change, Rovio have said they are doing a server side fix, still nothing from them.

Dang! Yeah I’m kind of in limbo now. I’ll try uninstalling it from my iPhone and see what happens. I won’t cry if all gets lost on my iPhone. Thanks for the input.
