Trouble equipping the new headgear?

Are you having trouble equipping the new headgear? I AM!

I can always switch between classic and elite. For example, with Bomb’s CANNONEER, I can equip the classic and elite, I can also equip the VALENTINE CANNONEER, but I cannot equip the ALL-STAR cannoneer.  I note the “ribbon” leading to the two I can use is light blue, while the ribbon to the other remains dark. I think every one I cannot equip still has the dark path going to it. I guess the dark path means I can’t use it (yet?)

Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? How do I change the color of the “ribbon” to light blue so I can use it.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>You have to earn the headgear usually through events.  Once earned, the ribbon to it will turn blue and you should be able to equip it.</p>
