Uugh, I lost two runs to crashes today, one video and one during a run. figures it’s today where there’s more competition. Currently in fourth with 19K. Two recharges at the 100% bonus block may get me to the 100 token level. Then I need to figure out what tier I want to finish in.

In similar situation and thinking aloud here…

Pre-bonus scores with 2.5 hours left in Day 2 range from 0 to 1247 (only one over 1000), including 2 back-to-back outright losses to Boss Pig. When bonuses were at 100%. OUCH! Average raw score is 497.1. Slightly higher if I toss out those zero point runs.

I have 7 runs (including a 40 gem recharge) left for today. If I get Average raw scores, will result in 3480 plus 100% bonus yields 6960.8 I’m a tad over 7000 short of 100 tokens. With a slightly higher average raw score I might make it. First place is also a possibility. Maybe. Hopefully.
If 2nd doesn’t go on a spending spree.

Well guys I’m out of this event as I can no longer play. The soft update to
Version 1.18.5.6 makes every node I run event or normal as soon as I hear the shuttle coming the game crashes. I’ve lost 5 event runs and no end of normal runs.
I’ve tried everything I can to try and complete a run but sadly nope crash bang and its good night from him lol. I hope you all are able to get the new guy good luck all.

Jeebus, just scored 207 x 2 = 414. If the rest of my runs in hours 23 and 24 are like this, I’m never going to hit Level 100 (not without spending more gems than I’m willing to, anyway).

And I learned something just now: once Astrotrain flies past, Boss Pig becomes un-targetable. I was within just a sliver of killing him, too. Next time I’ll have to give Heatwave a try against him.

Got a grand total of 110 points for my efforts …..

I’m definitely not hitting Level 100 today.

I’ve had 3 runs since the max bonus kicked in.

3002 points (Pig City)
0 points (End of the world bug in the desert)
2264 points (Pig City)

Now I’m 9500 up on the closest chaser, and have a reasonable shot — depending on which maps I get! — to hit 550 without a third recharge.

I’ve used up all my natural runs (except for hour 24).

Still 10,000 points short of Level 100.

The math is not in my favor.

meh the second one from 11580 points in 4 hour over past me 24750 points and with difficulty i am 26780 points 2000 in front of him how many gems must he/she used for refills?

New 2nd place guy, making a big move from 3rd. He is within a recharge and 4 good runs of taking 1st.
OK production since max bonus kicked in. A good City run helped a bunch.

This is broken. 6 for 6 comp nodes crashed. Reset device. Went WiFi to cellular. Ran regular nodes. Nada. This is BS. how can a stable game go unstable using a proven competition code base. This is ridiculous. Please fix and reset competition.

ok i am 27258 and the second is 24750 should i refill 60 gems?

10k lead using 3 gems recharge. 17 minutes left. Have a run available 2 minutes before end. Not sure it ins worth the risk to use it.

@elpapam Not me. But I have a very tiny cache of gems. That is the deciding factor for me.

And my last runs were so low-scoring I did do the 40 gem recharge, for the last 100 tokens plus to lower the already small chance that anybody make a run to knock me out of 1st place.

60 gems = 120 tokens. 1st v 2nd = 500 tokens or 250 gems. Heck yeah, I would do it

These scores are ridiculous. Just finished my second recharge to get the 550. Last night, two of five 100% bonus runs were over 1000 before bonus. Just now, after 13 runs, I had two runs in the low 800s as my highs.

Last 6 runs, 1 @ 890 w/bonus. Other five ranged 1094 to 2790 post bonus.

@millforce2k Was in your position on Day 1. The Big Finish was the Big Fail for me.

@geli i risked and i didn’t used them and i came first i have now 2900 tokens 1100 to unlock at least Ratched i don’t know for the accessories if i will.

Just as I was relieved with how great the last event was, this is horrible. It’s impossible to hit the max everyday even with two recharges. If I wasn’t getting some great gem farming from sending bots on missions, I wouldn’t even use the recharges. To me, this bot isn’t worth wasting so many recharges. I’ll do what I can to get him but breaking these blocks are only doable with bots with explosive rounds. They dropped the ball again.

I just barely squeaked through into Level 100 on my very last natural run of the day, with 15 minutes to spare and two gem recharges.

I credit it to the fact that I started playing in Hour 1, and only missed one run all day. If I hadn’t gotten in those five runs on Hours 1 and 2 with the +100% bonus there’s no way I would have made it without a couple more recharges.

My single highest score on Day 2 was 1,562 (including the +100% bonus!), which seems a far cry from some of the other scores I’ve seen reported here.

And of course, the Boss Pig run was a complete write-off.
