Support problems !!

Yeah! I need to be registered to post,connected with Facebook or whatever. What kind of “contact us” option is when it sais “e-mail invalid” when you have all your details provided? Is there any other way? I have 2 problems,and the only thing i’m allowed is to post on this forum. Why?? Is there any possible way to send an email or something instead of this?

This forum used to be a good way to get some support. Not so much any more. Never tried to get support any other way, so no idea what to tell you.
