Spark Run Took Away Transformers I already Bought

I went today to do a Spark Run. I had three spots available that I used gems to purchase a while ago. Now I only have one spot with choices to use 25oo gems to add more characters. I tried the restore purchase button and that didn’t work. Did this happen to anyone else? Is this some kind of upgrade I missed?

People spent real money for gems, then spent gems on character slots in the Spark Run. Now, they’ve removed slots from the spark run without refunding the gems that people spent on those slots.

This is why nobody should spend real money on these games.

@vabeachguy Actually they got rid of two slots we got for free not the pay slots. A new player now starts with only one slot instead of three and still has to pay for the two extra ones.

Semantics. I paid (gems, not money), to have 5 characters in the Spark Run. They took two away from me (us), so what I paid for (having 5 characters in the spark run) is gone.

@sntrooper is speaking the truth. Before, we had three free slots and two you had to pay for. Now it’s just one free slot and two you have to pay for.

Again, semantics. I paid gems to have five characters, I now have three. There’s no way around that, it’s a fact. Just like all of the improvements to characters that everyone ‘paid’ for, and had taken away.

The developers of the game alter the game far too much and in detrimental ways. They’re destroying what was a very good game. I used to play for hours a day, more hours than I probably should have. Now, they’re lucky if I play for a couple of hours per week, and I used to play ad videos all the time. Now, if an ad starts playing, I immediately quit the game so that the ad won’t play.
