Restoring on new device

Who or what email address do I need to contact to restore my progress on my android device.  I logged into facebook on the new device and it just give me gems as if I was starting new.  When I go back to the old phone it shows my old progress but then says it needs to restart to update progress, it restarts and just keeps looping over and over with the same message (thankfully still showing my advanced state and not a brand new account)  I have screenshots aswell of my old progress.

I FIXED my problem! I had to login at the FIRST start of the ABTF screen, not play that first level. There is a Facebook login off to the side. A long time ago I think you had to play first then login and that was what I was doing.
