Black Screen on Android

I have the android version of the game but when i play the levels the top part of my screen is black help me if you can and tell me if you had the problem.

I have the same problem.
I have a Samsung Tab3 tablet its up to date with the latest upgrades from Samsung. And when I downloaded the game I got on the play store the notice that the game is not suitable for my tablet. Strange it is that I can play the game only the upper side of the screen is black so u cant see the mobs. And the lower side of the screen is good.

So what’s up whit that?

thats me to although if you change the volume it shows the whole screen just a tip I figured out
my device is memo pad 7 from asus

@sonic14 YES! Exactly thats the problem I’m facing and thats the way how I managed to play the game. Though its really annoying to do that every time so you can see the lvl clearly. The black screen thing goes same to the Astrotrain’s floor. Its black too and when I adjust my volume it goes back to a purple floor. Using a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 here. Glad to see I’m not alone.
