No more "boots" when loosing a battle

At the moment there are no changes regarding the iOS Version. Latest changes seem only to affect the Android Version of the game. But I guess it will be only a matter of time…
I should better hurry to finish Circus Island. ;)

I am losing 3 boots for every loss on the iOS version. This totally licks ball sac! One step forward, one step back, especially for the newer players. Good job Rovio

I am at a total loss on this. Checked with 2 friends – all of us on IOS devices – all on ABF Version 2.4.5.

I get +1 on every loss. Island 10.
Second gets -3, -2, or -1 on every loss. Island 8.
Third gets +1 on every loss. Island 6.

I can’t figure out what is causing the difference.

maybe because 2,6,10 will +1 boots,and 4,8,12 will minus boots.

Suddenly they changed the system for me. I was at 45% of 11-8 when it just happened. It’s now Win +3, Lose -3.

In 6-7 island, I had a tie with my pirate pig, it is the only one I had so far. I got +1 boot.

@corporaldaesn I tied Matilda vs Matilda one time on chapter 9 and gained +2. :P

If only someone could figure out how boot system works…

Now it changes from fight to fight for me. Some battle it’s +3/-3, next battle it’s +4/-2.
*Maybe* it could be related to your actual rank.

But hey, I’m at 97% for island 11-8. Soon I won’t care anymore. ;)
For casual gamers with average skills and items it would take ages now to complete 11-8 as you will need to get 500 boots.

I finished Moby Dick on both iPad & iPhone months ago. If I hadn’t completed Moby Dick, I’d be in serious trouble because some of my birds, like Bomb & Chuck are weak (no SS panel appearance).

Has anyone opened a Ticket to get Rovio’s official response?
