New Event: Drift – Drifting

A new event has started! The top prize is Drift.

This event uses one TF and an energonicon.

Special feature(s): only stone blocks

The bonus squad is The Hotrods (16), consisting of Dead End (30), Drift (60), Rodimus (105) and Ricochet (108).

All these TFs are in the token exchange with accessories.

First the Flying Piggies, now a Shartihog challenge where they don’t appear in the beach level?

All we need is a Balloon Piggy challenge and this event is “perfect.”

Haha I was coming to complain about Sharktihog beach days during a stone block event too. What a grinder.

Yea, this is a tough one to get a large amount of tokens. My Dead End seems worse than in normal game play too.

So how bad are Ricochet and Rodimus? I asked this question during a previous event too. Are either of them worth acquiring or should I level up Dead End or Drift instead?

I remember the last Hotrod event, when ice blocks would give an extra point whereas stone blocks would subtract a point. Using Rodimus was a must back then, since he couldn’t destroy stone blocks easily.

Good point, I didn’t even consider that. I should check back here more often. I don’t ever remember there being negative point elements in the game. I’ll grab Rodimus then, thanks.

I overpowered Dead End from L16 to 17.
First 5 days I had 6100 points, but snagged 3000 on last day easily to close out this grinder well.

I’m at Level 15 for both Dead End and Drift. The overpower to Level 16 for each is

– Dead End: +8%

– Drift: 189%

Why is Dead End so low? What’s the overpower amount from 16 to 17?

Dead End is +21% at level 18, and he’ll be +29% at level 19.

Level 25 Dead End is +90%

In theory, overpower’s a balancing mechanism, so the Bumblebees & suchlike get a bigger boost than Deadend/Energon Grimlock, etc, and they all end up “equal” at level 25.
(In practice, WTF Mirage?)
