I’m always up for new Transformers…but…Stella-themed bots freak me out a bit with their big, beady eyes. Nevertheless, she looks cool.

@christian-cosgrove Highly unlikely. Lately the pattern for new character releases has been:
1. Show up as a buddy with a coming soon label in the barracks.
2. Are announced in the news feed during an unrelated event.
3. Become available in gold crates near the end of the event.
4. Are released in the next event.

I just now saw her as a buddy character when I was getting ready to play the latest event.

Speaking of events, why is there no forum topic for the latest event. You guys are pretty quick about that, and usually one of you has created a forum topic for it minutes after a new event has started. But I’m not seeing it yet.

Novastar just showed up as a legendary Gold Crate prize.

Can someone remind me – is it worth waiting towards the end of the event to buy the new TF using gems?  Or should I just buy it right at the start?

Do you get the same “package” for fewer gems, or is the additional stuff you get (e.g. sparks and accessories) decreased as well?

@optimuspig The other stuff goes down with the price. Also it only changes if it is the expensive bundle.

I guess I’ll get it right away then – I always receive the “cheapest” bundle offer (used to be 500 gems, it’s been 750 for the past several events).

Also, if you unlock it early,  you have the option to use tokens to upgrade more quickly during the event.
