Lost my gems when opened chest and no gift.

Had some gems to spend, when I clicked open chest got an error, ks something ( I should’ve wrote it down) and I did not get my gift and used my gems. I tried again and it same thing happened.

That has happened to me too. Opened the chest 20 gems 4 times and got an error message. So I opened a ticket with Rovio (support) and they replied they would look into it. They then awarded me my (4!) chest prizes. And they were very good :))

This also happened to me. 20 gems for 4 items. Lost the gems and didn’t get any items. It said:

NETWORK ERROR:
ERROR CODE: 100(KPS[SST-K])

It said that message repeatedly.

I took a screenshot and sent it with my message to Rovio.
