Lost a ton of black pearls on reinstall

I had close to 23,000 black pearls on a tablet when I had to uninstall and reinstall AB2. After reinstalling, it remembered all my levels, etc., correctly, but only showed me with about 3000 pearls. Is there some way to fix that and recover the lost pearls?

A similar thing happened to me recently.

After some phone issues I reset the game and when I got back in, and connected to Facebook to retrieve my stuff, my gems went from over 2,000 to something like 20 and my black pearls from 12k or 13k to only a few.

I logged a support ticket with Rovio. You will need to give them the version number and your player ID, for them to investigate.

I’m still waiting on a response and hoping that my missing gems and pearls are re-instated, but without clearing all the gems and pearls I’ve accumulated since I lost them (that would truly be bad).
