Last chance in ABSW II question

Sorry for bringing up dumb question as a new thread but I’d really like to know how do you get last chance in ABSW II?
I noticed that feature after releasing Rise of clones update, but I didn’t pay any atention and didn’t use feature. I didn’t play game for a while and now I noticed forum threads about getting really high scores with this feature. So, how could I use it, what I should do?

It shows up if you have used the entire “lineup” of birds/pigs near the slingshot, but enemies still remain to be popped. So suppose there is 1 enemy high and away from everything else. You can keep using your stock of Character Swaps to destroy debris while that enemy is still alive.
