increasing the number of hearts?

Hello,
well actually there is a strange thing about hearts,
I have got the maximum number of heart which it is 3, and I finished level 25.
While one of my friends has got the maximun of 10 hearts and he just finished level 9.
we all use iPhone 6. And he do not have any idea, why I am getting 3 and he is getting 10.
is there a way to increase the number of hearts?

I’m wondering the same. Right now my max lives are 5 but I think Birdleader has a max of 10.

This is interesting. I wonder if it’s platform related? I play Blue Stack Android for PC and got 5 hearts max. I’d love an explanation if anyone has one.

In another thread a support email from Rovio was posted regarding this issue. Apparently they are testing out various options for the maximum number of lives. So it’s not a bug. 5 is the usual number of hearts, but some people have more and that might become the standard.

@pefexd I hope Rovio fixes this in a update- it just doesn’t seem fair for you to have 3 hearts and your friend have 10- it sets you back a WHOLE lot of levels when you only have 3 lives….

Guys I found a way to get 10 Lives! All you have to do is:
DISCLAMIER: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OF DATA OR PROGRESS THIS PROCESS USES LOTS OF DATA SO USE WIFI IF POSSIBLE! WARNING: THIS PROCESS RESETS UR GEMS TO 70!
1) Remove the game from Facebook Click Here!
Go to Apps -> Logged in with FB -> Angry Birds 2 -> Go down and click Remove App -> confirm
2) Delete app and reinstall (If on ios sign out of game center Settings -> Game center -> Click Apple Id(Email)-> Sign out)
3) When loaded into world Look at lives if the lives are not the desired amount repeat step 2and 3.

4) Connect to fb all your data will be (hopefully) restored.
This took me 5-8 attempts to get 10 lives.

but how did dungphant get 6 lives
