How do I regain my progress on a new phone WITHOUT a rovio or facebook account?

Hi Rovio/all

I’ve made quite a bit of progress with regards to bird card levels, star levels, hats and sling upgrades but my phone was stolen and I DO NOT have a Facebook or Rovio account. Is there a way I can get all my progress back onto my new phone? Please I sure hope there is, because I lost all hope to start all over again and considered just not playing again.

@waseem7 There is a way to get backups on different devices without accounts but since you don’t have the device itself, you have to start over OR contact Rovio but I am sure they will also say “We can’t do anything about that.”

Using Facebook is the only way I know.

I suspect you are talking about regular levels? Or Arena?

For Arena it will be more fun IMO to start from scratch these days. High levels are no fun since end of July.

If you’ve made a purchase and can provide Rovio with screen shots of the purchase receipt AND if you open a FB account they can restore your progress. At least that’s what it took for them to restore my lost progress.

And yes, @hubert-lo, I agree. Starting from the beginning will be more fun since the Arena has become ridiculously unfair since a few months ago.

That’s quite helpful @kelshe. I might just have the receipt of the ONE and only purchase I’ve made lol
