Help Needed

I have tried for the second time to get the Private Sideswipe bundle.  It takes my 2000 gems, but no character or the 35,000 sparks. That is 4000 gems and nothing to show for it.

I thought you could only buy Private(prime pass) characters with money, not with gems?

usually they are of some assistance when the process breaks down as in my case when I “brought” something that did not turn up as expected.

I once had a problem with an ad that would never close.  I “bought” the game and never had another problem.  Maybe this will work for you.
