Hal’s, Stella’s, Bubbles’, Leondard’s power

Since they don’t have hats, on what basis are Hal’s, Stella’s, Bubbles’, and Leonard’s “Power” values calculated? I think it has something to do with “Level” but where is the “Level” value shown?

I’m not sure if it’s showed somewhere but you can count the level they are by opening any regular bird and looking their stats on the left. For example I have Silver at level 170 -> 80 from slingshot, 76 from feathers, 11 from hat and 3 from hatchling. Now my Bubles is on level 160 which means that as the hats do no apply the level 160 is based on x from feathers, 80 from slingshot and 3 from hatchling. So  feathers level is 160-80-3 = 77. So my Bubbles level 160  is based on 80 from slingshot, 77 from feathers and 3 from hatchling.
