Gem purchase – charged $ but no gems

    I bit the bullet and purchased gems. I was charged for the purchase but the gems never showed up. Anyone else experience this?

    Since I refuse to send real money anymore until I get the gems, I guess I am stuck at level 191.

    I had that happen once and it took a day for the gems to finally show up. You need to email the game (Apple or android) support directly about it.
