Game just started quitting, after maybe 30 secs after it loads. Anyone else?
Yes, this is known bug on iOS/iPadOS. According to @exientgreg reinstalling works. BUT be very, very careful if you reinstall so you don’t lose your progress.

You should be OK.
They are slightly different status. Strangely my phone will update to match my iPad, but not vice versa. And it is the iPad that is the problem. So if I download it again, it might not update from the phone Hmmm…Ethan@ethan2011
Deleted, reinstalled, logged in and have all my progress and still getting booted after every single level.moi@moifirst

Uninstalled, re-installed, still getting booted. Stopped doing Spark runs last week when I got to the very end (Astrotrain was overhead), and it crashed. Lost all the sparks and the time I spent on that run. Ugggg!!
The game also crashed last night and this morning in the middle of a Jawbreaker run.
I’m not wasting my time on another spark run, nor will I buy the Season 4 pass, until the problem resolved.David005@david005

Uninstalled/reinstalled again, but it still didn’t resolve it. I’ve completely stopped playing until it gets fixed. It’s just too frustrating.
After nearly 2 weeks of crashing game, no respond from support, at level 1486 maybe this is finally the time to give it Up And get a couple of hours to spare each day🤔Ethan@ethan2011
I have enjoyed my free time. Haven’t played a single run, tournament, challenge or spark run since the disaster update occurred.
They can’t even be bothered to post an update or very least an estimate of how longer this is going to go for? Shows what they think of their customers.

Hi all, had the same problem, have been playing this game for years on an iPad but very recently it’s been crashing constantly. Reading the early comments here was a great help (many thanks) and I added the game to my iPhone with both linked to Facebook for backup. I’ve found the iPhone crashes far less, if at all and so if the iPad is down have used the iPhone, uninstalled iPad and reinstalled and that seems to clear the iPad problem. I have played three ‘normal’ games (not counting spark run or completions) on iPhone to make sure saved to Facebook. Has worked so far.
I do not have facebook or a ipone. When is this stuff up going to be fixed??????????????
