Freezing When Buying Gems

Last night was buying gems when at the end of an arena streak. Needed one bird. While making purchase, the screen froze. So, I lost everything I had used or spent to get through the arena streak. Now I’m at the end of King Pig Panic, trying to purchase more gems. I only buy them when I’m at the very end of something and only get what I need. My charges go through my AE card. So no issue there. Is anyone else having this problem? Twice in 12 hours. I won’t waste my time, spells, or gems again. This kind of glitch should not happen.

KPP also freeze for me sometimes if I have to buy more than one pack of cards to continue. So I lose 60 gems and have to start over, if it didn’t expired.
