Crystals and black pearls lost on the new phone

Some weeks ago I bought a new phone and installed Angry Birds 2. Then in game connected to my Google Play Games account (as it was on old phone). All my game progress is saved, birds levels and hats ok, arena league the same etc., but… there is no more crystals (I had some ~2000) and black pearls (about 3000). Why its so? I remember that last time, a year ago, there was the same problem, but I just accepted it… May be I can do something to

@badmoonlv Same thing happened to me during the last update. I emailed Rovio but did not receive a response. I was saving pearls for LH, but now I am worried my pearls will disappear during the next update, so I am spending the pearls on other hats.
