Can I get my game progress back?

Few days ago,I deleted and reinstalled AB2.When I completed the teaching level,I just click the CLOUD icon,then I just realized something went wrong.

After that I was logged in with my Google Play account,then the game reloaded,I found that FP was not changed.I remember before reinstalled,my FP was 340+ but now the FP still is 10.

It’s mean my old progress was covered by the new progress.

I have been send support ticket to Rovio support team but after 3 days there’s still no answer.So is there any chance that I can get my old game progress back?:(

Was your progress also connected with a Facebook account by chance? I use iOS which only has Apple and Facebook options, so i’m not very familiar with the account connection types for Android players.

Did you happen to link your progress with a Facebook account as well? Since I use iOS, which only offers Apple and Facebook options, I’m not well-versed in the account connection options for Android players.
