Bug in level 130

  • Hi,
    I think there’s a bug on level 130, step 2. Every time I arrive in step 2, the screen freezes and I don’t see the pigs and can’t do nothing actually. So I can’t advance.
    I’ve already uninstalled and re-installed the game, but didn’t solved the problem.
    What should I do?

    — Send a support request to Rovio support. It will probably take a few days for an answer, but I think others have had the same problem.

    I used to have a similar problem and it turned out my iPad was too old. Which device are you using? Does it meet the minimum requirements for AB 2?

    An iPad 2 only has 512 MB of RAM, so it won’t run AB 2 very well.

    @melania-vulpe @andalaybay’s advice is right on. If you are on an older device, you might try hard-closing all apps running in the background; do a hard power-off of your device and restart. I just ran AB-2 130, and had no problems. BTW, I got an iPad Air 2, because my iPad2 was just not able to keep up with the AB games.

    We are aware of this bug, but unfortunately it’s not solved yet (we have no clear reproduction case). Is the error consistent? Meaning, do the level freeze every time you get to room 2, or is it only sometimes?

    Are you connected to Facebook when playing? If so, if you’re willing to send me a private message including your email-address to the Facebook account you’re using, we could dig up your game state and take a look.

    @melania-vulpe @bankler — To exchange private messages, you need to be friends on Angry Birds Nest. One of you needs to go to “Community/All members” on the gold bar, searcher the other person,and send a friends request.

    Hello Bankler, thanks for your response. Yes the error is recurrent. It’s been 4-5 days since it does that. Every time I arrive in step 2, it freezes and I have to close the game. The problem is only at this level. I can play any other level before or in the arena.
    I’ve send a request to Rovio support but they said they are still working on the case and adviced me to uninstall and install the game ;thing I’ve done and didn’t work. I it took take to have my previous level…. I thought I lost everything… Even though I’m connected to both Facebook and Google accounts.
    I’ve seen the suggestions of others, but didn’t understand a word ☺… I’m not used to these manipulations.
    By the way… I’m playing on a Samsung Note 3. I’ll send you a friend request and give you my login on Facebook.

    Hi there! I’m facing this very same problem runnig the game under iOS 9.2.1 (13D15).
    I’got this iPad Air 2 64Gb with 46Gb free memory and it still crashes.

    @kommander97, that’s the capacity or disk space, not the amount of RAM. I did find an app that tells you how much free memory you have called Battery Memory System Status Monitor, or BMSSM for short. It gives you some interesting information.

    I think the iPad Air 2 has 1 GB of RAM.

    @kommander97 — See my earlier post about hard-closing, power-down and restart. I also have an iPad Air 2, and have no problem with level 130. However, I am now in the habit of doing that process at least once if not 2 or 3 times every day.

    MVNLA2, thanks for the help. I have just did what you suggested but it didn’t work. :-(
    Guess I’ll have to wait for a new release which corrects this bug.
    Till then I will keep on playing the arena. :-/

    Followed everything above and still no luck. On an iPhone 6s, all other apps closed out completely, restarted and all. Nothing. Not connected to Facebook either. This stinks.

    I tested level 130 myself with iPad 3 and it works OK. Even though my device’s graphics performance is not best possible.

    – Little correction, iPad Air 2 has 2 GB of RAM.

    I also tried to hard close, restart, etc, but it didn’t work. It’s still freezing at level 130, step 2. I’m trying to install an Android emulator on my computer. Maybe I can pass the level on the computer and then switch back on the smartphone. I’ll give you news if it works…

    Hi! I’ve installed AB2 on my computer… And guess what? It stills freezing at level 130, step 2…i think it’s not a matter of device….. I don’t know what to do anymore….
