I only got the “Octo The Lover Spell” some time ago and again yesterday. Haven’t seen that one yet.

I also never got the Cheerios one because it was only for the US. :P

@nehuen The duck spell is the cheapest and easiest to obtain (Notice that you probably have more duck cards than others?). So of course Rovio gives away the cheapest one for free rather than a more useful one (Like the Pig Inflater or Hot Chili).

Today I got Idea Network Spell:

When I watch a ad to get a free bird, it shows Idea’s ad!
Maybe other Indian brands may advertise into it later, like Maggi Noodles, Airtel 4G Network, or Cartoon Network India. And it’s the first time an Indian brand was promoted as a game element in any AB game.

Constantly seeing ‘limited edition’ copies of the same boring spell over and over doesn’t make the game more fun or enjoyable. In my view, this just makes the game more of an advertising farm and won’t attract more players.

Now the Hatchlings came out of the egg from The Angry Birds Movie.

Today I got the Cadbury Gems promitional spell, and its my favourite.

And did you notice the Angry Birds on that Gems ball? That’s why its my favourite as you will get an AB figurines instead of those panda figurines. From cuteness to angerness! Here is the official ad:

And it’s not the first time they featured limited offers, they also created color-changing pandas (just like Hot Wheels) and Justice League figurines.

And also not the first time that AB was in Indian promotional offers, they were also available in cards with Parle’s Wafers, and the better ones were found in bigger packs, and two in the biggest packs.

And they also keep a contest to win AB merchandise, just send the most coupons, and more better from bigger ones, but not for the smallest one.
