angry birds epic stuck on launching

Im playing Angry Birds Epic
and today I saw that i can wear for free the Skulkers hat which I didn’t pay on him
and then I wanted check the hat in a battle if i could play with him
after that i saw that i can play with him.
I return to change to my original hat and keep play the game
but before I did ti, i not on purpose quit the game
and when i tried to return it stuck on something in the launch that say “syncronizing version…”

and when i tried to re install and to reconnect to my account it say “game update required for this profile” and it showed that:

and a sec after it showed that

and the game stuck. i think it like a ban or something but i didn’t do anything like cheat or hack.
i tried to connect to my brother’s account from my device and i succeed
i hope you will answer me soon because i love this game

I believe that some others got this fixed by opening a support ticket with Rovio. They need to restore your game back to before you used the hat.

And its not so much of a restore. Upon logout the hat gets removed and the client doesnt know how to handle a bird with no hat.
