Angry Birds 2 Update Costs Money?

Hey, AB 2 flockers. Anyone experiencing that the new update wants to charge you before it will update. On my IPad, I am getting an “In purchase” failure, I assume because I don’t have an active credit card attached to my IPad. Any one else have this issue or do I have to pay for the AB 2 update. Thanks my feathered friends.

The update is free for everybody as far as I know. Nobody else has reported this issue here on this forum that I have heard of.

Find some free wifi and try again. Game file is quite big (over 100 MB).

So, The “In-purchase” failure kept showing up on my IPad when trying to upgrade AB 2. Bought a 20.00 debit card and activated it on my IPad and walla, AB 2. Oh, by the way it didn’t charge me…….yet. Love the new format. AB nickname SoarScreamer.
