Amazon Android Update Flustercluck Again

ABT Android game on Amazon hasn’t updated to version 2.37.1 yet. Amazon has version 2.37.0 which wipes out your entire progress so stick with 2.36.0 until somebody fixes it. No new War Pass.

 

Rovio game support it at their gaslighting clueless best. I think maybe there’s one person who knows how to fix it and 100 other to gaslight us/waste time and reply with jive jargon and nonsense until that ONE PERSON gets to you. Same ole support.

 

I know exact/criteria/steps to get game back. I share that with them and I get a reply that’s nowhere close to the subject matter or they act like they didn’t even read my post. It’s comical that someone actually has a job doing that. Sigh.

ROVIO support is so bad at what they do. I’ve had 6 different staff ask me for the same exact criteria and they all get to the same point and post “We have everything that we need and will get back to you when we have restored your account…until then this is being placed on a HOLD”…6 times they’ve done this!! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!…STILL WAITING!!! I have 100 emails on this…man they are awful! This was no fault of mine at all…smh. heh heh…No Christmas 3x bonus for you OkGameplayer!!
