All stars, gems, and power ups zeroed out

Hi flingers!

For some unknown reason, all my gems, stars, and power-ups went to zero yesterday.  Thousands of them.  I’ve tried logging in and out of my account and rebooting, but they have not returned.  Now, I never use these, but it was still a bit disconcerting.  At least my high scores remained.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks for this. I found the support button on the credits scroll.  When I went to the site though, it choked on my player ID.  I entered the whole thing correctly,  but it keeps outlining the box in red, and the submit button won’t become active until that box is no longer red.  I’ll have to try a different route.
