All Rovio Account Data Lost

It’s been a while . What happened today , was when I picked up my Arena prizes for the week . I did so , then exited the Arena . But then , it closed me out of the game . I opened again , to see that all my progress was lost even when I was logged in to my Rovio account . If there is any help , can you please give me some advice ? Thank you .

@thebluebacon Send a request to Rovio – they can help you restore the data from the account. I once lost my Rovio account data in GO!, and they restored it. However, there’s a possibility you’ll lose progress from the last few days or maybe even weeks.

I had some issues right after the Arena League/Event ended today. The game was sluggish and when I played the arena it froze on me when I won the first battle. Luckily for me I only lost the roll on the wheel and that was it.

I can only speculate that the databases were a bit overloaded when many people wanted to claim their Event/Arena prizes at the same time. For some unlucky people it might have resulted in that their cloud saves were overwritten by a fresh save I guess.

As @mighty-red-1 said, send a support request to Rovio. They should be able to restore your save but you might loose some days progress.
