We obviously can’t know everything, so many of these are reported and/or updated by the AngryBirdsNest community, so if you notice something out of the ordinary leave a comment below and investigate. in the pc version of seasons on the levels mooncake festival it is albeld differently
than on ios,ipad,android,etc on ios it says moon festival

@amslimfordy have moved my questions in here. About glitch earlier today. Some of us had probs with game crashing,I’m fine now but still have “URL error” on pause screen. It’s not causing game play probs but I’ve never had this before. Is there something”flaky” with ad server?

Further info – all Angry Birds games are acting flaky. When I switched to airplane mode they seem to work.

I have absolutely no issues with ABS at this time. Loads correctly and pause screen loads Rovio News correctly.

When you sign into angry birds the play button show up for a second then it turns itself off on seasons, rio and original versions on the apple I phone.

Try restarting your device. Having issues with three apps is more likely a device issue.

I’m having the same problem as brenda on all three of my games ( iPhone 4s), only one not affected is space. Have done many resprings all day…works if i go into airplane mode,so will sleep on it n panic in the morning

Was having the same issues with Seasons & ABO, although Rio & Space were working fine. I restarted my ipad & now everything works, although the Seasons start page showed the background for Cherry Blossom episode, when I know the last one I played was Piglantis.

Same problem intermittently for 3 days now. At startup each version of game gets to the start screen then simply closes. Rebooting iPod Touch (sometimes it takes a couple of reboots) eventually clears the problem. It’s never affected all 4 games at once (maximum 3) and has only happened late in evening (after 10:00 p.m. MDT) – just coincidence, but weird.

Actually if it is a server issue then everyone will be having probs but some people have had it happen on different games. Seasons seemed to have been fixed but still have probs with Rio. Again tho no game play interference.

All I know is that Rovio is looking into it. If its effecting multiple apps all of the sudden, the only logical connection is the server.

I’m on iPhone 4 and I’m getting the “Your requested URL was not found.” message when I hit the pause button. I also had the problem of AB starting to load and then just closing. I turned on Airplane mode (after reading helpful comments here) after I’d done 3 soft reboots to no avail. Once in Airplane mode AB would load again. Yesterday it was working fine after going to Airplane mode, back to wireless/3G on but today I’m getting the message listed above. So now I’ve done another soft boot and the msg is gone while I’m in Airplane mode and with it off. Something is going on surely? There are too many of us having this problem intermittently for it to be our devices? I might add that at first I was just getting the red bird with ‘device’ sending to Earth – and no ads for Meet Amazing Alex, Seasons, etc. etc. Now after the reboot I’m getting them. Something is whonky. Not sure how to contact Rovio – hoping you’ll pass this info along or guide me where to give feedback. It’s plain odd as I only have AB and few card games and AB has never been a problem until recently……

Well, thanks again to this site for saving my sanity; or at least a reasonable facsimile of it!!! I thought I was going nuts or that there was something wrong with my iPhone.

I’ve done multiple reboots and I’m still getting the “Your requested URL was not found.” error message. The game hasn’t frozen up on my since yesterday but I also haven’t restarted the device since the last time (since it works I don’t want to risk not being able to play! LOL). But, like someone mentioned above, it was freezing at the “Play” screen.

@jtb Just had a reply from Rovio acknowledging the prob. They seem to have had a large amout of emails with people having same issues on a lot of games(ios).They just want a few more bits of info from me & screenshot of pause screen(URL not found) fortunately I’m ab fine now but if you’re still having probs it’s worth getting in touch with them. I’ll give them what info I can but don’t have pause screen problem…….shouldn’t have said that!!!

@JLZ666 Thanks! As I was taking screen shots of the issue I rebooted the phone and the problem with the URL message is now gone. I’ll still send them the email and the screen shots, though, just so they have a record of the issue should it arise again.

@playdbird I had the same problem with ABO this morning when I was all set to do the challenge. I put my iPad in airplane mode and then tried again. It opened with no problem. I then was able to turn off airplane mode, and it continued to work.

I agree, though, this is getting kind of old. I’ve had this problem now with every app except for Space.

First do a soft boot which clears all memory. If you are using an iPhone or perhaps an iPad, others have gone to Settings, turn on so that there is no wireless or cellular network seeking. Then open AB Space – if it opens then play a bit, then turn Airplane mode off and see if it still will function. Let us know.

On Angry Birds Space Danger Zone level #29, there’s a bug where it won’t allow me to view the platform where the birds and the slingshot are if I try to pan up manually. Thus, I can’t play the level. The only way it works is if I leave the level be and it automatically pans up by itself.

Hi BL (@birdleader), I don’t know if it’s just me but I find the blue writing in the “Name” column (on the above Buggs & Glitches List) to be a little hard to read. Are you able to darken it? It’s a contrast problem. The blue writing in the comments box has a dark background and is very easy to read compared to the Bugs & Glitches list which has white and grey backgrounds.

It’s not a big deal/problem as I don’t often visit this page. I just thought I’d give you some feedback since you’ve been redecorating/updating.

If you look at the updates log, how does that look? (The color in the interior of this bug chart seems to have been mixed during the changes, so that will be adjusted.)

The Updates Log is fine but that looks like it’s a darker blue/print – I think the backgrounds on that are identical – the grey may be a little lighter on this page but that could be an optical illusion from the contrast.
The Updates Log could be a slightly larger font size too?

I’ve found the same problem with the “feather picker” achievement on Angry Birds Space. Whether I get the feather or not, the feather icon appears over the level number so I have no way of knowing which levels I have completed and which still need to be done. I have 28/30 on Pig Bang and I don’t know which 2 I need to finish it off. Hopefully the bugs get worked out with the next Utopia update.

There’s no bug. The feathers are different sizes. Small feathers mean you have an Eagle score of <100%. A large feather means 100%.

@amslimfordy on Monday I posted a comment on Ham ’em High 12-9, which was the Challenge level of the day, regarding a ridiculously high score I had achieved on the level (138,200) after a spontaneous explosion on reset. I mentioned at that time that I suspected the event was related to a recent system software update on my Motorola Xoom WiFi to Android 4.1.1 (aka Jelly Bean). Since then I contacted the device manufacturer, and since all other apps on my device are working fine, they speculate that Angry Birds apps are not full compatible with Jelly Bean. Earlier today I submitted an inquiry to Rovio but have not heard back yet. Meanwhile, I decided to try today’s challenge level Space Cold Cuts 2-22. I have been experiencing frequent freezes in Space since the update to Jelly Bean. However, tonight on this level I once again achieved a ridiculously high score of 138,030. After launching the first bird, everything on the screen slowly exploded. I managed to take a photo of the screen before the level finally cleared, as well as after it cleared and when I re-entered the level, all showing the high score. Please see the following links:

I decided to post this comment here as I think there clearly is a bug somewhere, either in Jelly Bean or in the AB apps. I don’t want to post these high scores here as I feel I have an unfair advantage over other users who aren’t on Jelly Bean for WiFi. However, these scores are now stored on my device, so I am out of sync with my ABN scoreboard. I will post again after I have heard back from Rovio.

Updated information on issues with Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) for WiFi. Motorola/Google confirms they have reports of AB Space screen freezes. I also have seen reports of this on Xoom forums. I have not seen any reports of ridiculously high level scores, but, well, who would normally complain about that? Rovio has not yet responded to my support request from yesterday. Meanwhile, just to document, I have now achieved the following top level scores. I posted the first one on my leaderboard here at ABN before I realized there must be a bug or glitch specific to Jelly Bean. I have not posted the other three. There are photos documenting all of these scores on my album.

Seasons Hamoween 2-14: 155,500
AB original Ham em High 12-9: 138,200
Space Cold Cuts 2-22: 138,030
Seasons Seasons Greedings 1-22: 119,150

I will add a comment here if/when I hear from Rovio. I hope that any other ABN WiFi Jelly Bean users, whether on Xoom or another tablet, visit this page and can add any additional info to this thread. I continue to have misgivings about posting these scores. I have never particularly liked the unstable levels as they take virtually no skill to achieve. Now it appears that almost every level is unstable for me, and that takes the fun out of playing. The only AB version I have not seen instability on to date is Rio.

One more comment for this evening. Thinking Rio might be safe to play, I just went in and started at the beginning – Smugglers’ Den 1-1. After several attempts to improve my score, the level 0-birded on me for a score of 69,480. I have posted photos of the score on my album – please visit it should you wish to see all of the Jelly Bean assisted high scores I have achieved. I have not posted this Rio score to the leaderboard. It appears now that all versions of AB are unstable for me with Jelly Bean on Xoom Wi-Fi. I love this game but don’t want to get high scores this way so am thinking I will stop playing until my AB apps and/or Jelly Bean system s/w are updated. Very disappointing.

@amslimfordy After a few days back and forth with Rovio, I have the following response regarding my issues with Jelly Bean on Xoom WiFi and the AB apps; “There do seem to be some compatibility issues with the games and Jelly Bean Xoom devices, but what we’ve seen thus far is that they appear only on few players’ devices and not on all Jelly Bean Xooms. We haven’t been able to figure out the cause yet, but we are working day and night to get rid of the issues. It is also possible that the issue originates from Xoom’s firmware, but unfortunately we cannot confirm that at this point. If the problem appears to be in the games, then we will provide the fix in an update as soon as possible.” So I guess my choices are to wait and see or try to move my score history to another device. I have been looking into that, but have not so far found any AB backup apps that work with Jelly Bean if the device is not rooted. If any other ABN Xoom WiFi members see these comments and are having the same issues, please contact me!

We posted a warning about the recent space update from Amazon clearing data. Unfortunately once it’s gone it’s gone.

We aren’t aware of any issues with other apps. Though we recommend disabling auto-installs.

I’m having a problem with the new version of ABO (2.2.0). When I open level 18 from S&T it does normally, but after some time it crashes. And if I open the game after that and try again same thing happens. What can I do? (All the other levels work fine)

@amslimfordy when playing angry birds friends i am getting an unusual sound (sound like tapping on mic) and i am unable to zoom by scrolling mouse in the standerd screen mode (the same scrolling is possible in full screen mode)
what can i do to resolve the problem?

It sounds like you’ve been having a lot of issues. In all likelihood, the files in your app are corrupted. These are not system-wide bugs.

Angry Birds HD Loading Stuck in a Loop.

On my iPad I tap Angry Birds HD. Rovio screen comes up. Angry Birds Seasons HD screen comes up, loading. Sometimes after a few seconds it goes back to the iPad main screen, sometimes not. Most of the time the Angry Birds Seasons screen comes up for 3 seconds then goes back to main iPad screen. I had this happen once before and I thought it was that the session hadn’t ended and it took several tries to get it to load. I’ve spend a lot of time this time – 89 or 90 tries, and the only hope is that on the Seasons screen occasionally something different comes up on screen – a rocket or now a present and a pig. I hesitate to delete it and re-load, I’d hate to lose all my scores!

Don’t delete your game.
You should first try to clear your multitask bar and restart your device.
Also, make sure everything is up to date.

You can back up your progress by following this thorough tutorial.

Don’t know if this is the ultimate fix, but turning ON Airplane Mode let everything load and I can finish 2-15 on Mooncake. Thanks for the help and suggestions.

So it’s an issue contacting the server. It may be worthwhile to try clearing your multitasking bar and rebooting the device.

guys when i try to click the sound botton on angry birds chorome it zooms in and it deleted all my progress.noooooooooooooooo!

I’m on an iPad and have the updated version of Angry Birds with the power ups, but I’m not seeing the King Pig in the Golden Egg section. I’ve turned the iPad off and restarted, still nothing. Any suggestions?

The Golden King Pig is only available on AB HD for iPad.

Hi Birds. Sorry I haven’t responded sooner. I rang o2 who suggested I downloaded Adobe Flash Player. I’ve done this and can now play the videos!!!Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my call for help. I don’t quite understand the ‘app’ though. It seems I have to click on it before I can do anything … weird.

Going to report this small bug here and to the people at Facebook about Angry bird Friend. Recently my birds have been exploxing in the sling shot before I get the shot off. It maybe I am pulling back to far and touching ground before releasing. This been happening the last two weekly updates.

On ABO in bird frenzy sometimes the bird that I’m flinging hits the bird appearing in the slingshot so i cant use the birds power because it goes straight into its corps.

angry birds seasons / easter eggs / golden egg #16
this level is not playable anymore! (as we did before)

according to the video here : https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/angry-birds-seasons-easter-eggs-golden-egg-16-walkthrough/ when the 5th and 6th tnt blow together it creates a breach on the most left arc in the top right trio to let the little rock fly through it.
now there is not enough power from the blast to send that rock away.

you can still acheive the level by flinging yellow over but you miss the order of destruction.

am I the only one reporting this bug ?

Yes, you can go through and play your way through to unlock the levels. But it has some more severe side-effects, which is why it appears here.
