Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Level 3-8 is three starred in a single step. The clock here is a bit tight, but the box is positioned so that you can pretty easily snatch it while going as fast as you can! Note that your balloons will pop if they touch the jagged ceilings.

There may be a ‘bug’ in this level on PC’s. The fan does not come back after the first actuation. The fan icon at the bottom disappears. It was fairly consistent error. I only got the icon to stay on three times, and because of the error, it took me two runs to complete the 3*’s.
All I know is I didn’t touch the fan nor it’s icon after the first actuation.
If the fan dislodges from the contraption, you can no longer use it.
