Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Level 3-13 is three starred in a single run. To avoid using the spring, simply use the soda bottle on the left side to spin the contraption off the platform. Then it’s just a matter of good timing to catch the slope right and speed to the finish line ahead of the clock.

Notice that this level doesn’t always start the same way? The outcome seems to depend a lot on exactly what the starting conditions are. I’m playing on iPad, as is Fuji. What is different each time you start is the relative positions of the balloons. In the video the two balloons at the rear are totally overlapping. A lot (most?) of the time they aren’t, and sometimes the balloons cause the carriage to flip completely over.
No need to ‘flip’ the carriage. Just turn the soda bottle to point to the rear. Fire it off and break balloons. Maybe a second to a second and a half at the end.
uh, make that 1/2 to 1 second. The first one was a fluke. I can’t repeat for more than a second.
Same vehicle only cola botle not down but to the left. Move vehicle to the right and perchance a pig to the right too.
Same idea, different machine. A single cube, double balloon on top, wheels right and bottom and bottle on the left pointing back.
