Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Level 3-11 is three starred in two steps. Obtaining the box is relatively simple with a well-ballooned contraption. Just make sure to pop a few or you’ll drift away forever! Beating the clock requires a lot of quick work with the bellow and to take the most efficient path, which is just above horizontal.

It’s possible to finish both tasks in one run, I found it out by accident :P
Top: nothing, nothing, nothing, 3 balloons
Middle: nothing, nothing, nothing, 2 balloons
Bottom: nothing, nothing, fireplace bellow, pig in box
Pump the bellow as many times as possible, and when the contraption flies out of sight, pop all the balloons as quickly as possible. The whole thing comes down on the slope with the box, giving you all three stars. :)

2-nd part, shortened ship: 2 boxes & piercing balloons.
The box is easily obtained as in the video, but I found a configuration that makes beating the clock a lot easier (at least on PC).
The top row is 3 balloons over first box and 2 above the box in the middle. The pig goes in the leftmost box, and the right hand wheel is moved to the middle box. The bellows remains at the left of the 3 boxes. If you do this right, the rightmost box will be empty, with nothing above or below it.
The hidden skull is easily obtained (by accident in my case). Simply pop too many balloons when hovering near the right edge of the plateau above it. This works especially well when pig is in leftmost box.
