Bad Piggies Rise and Swine Level 2-22 can be 3-starred in two steps. Build a basic three frame cart and let it roll down the hill to cross the finish line without damage. Then build a longer one with both soda bottles facing down to collect the star.

I just completed this using the second contraption without any krak/snap, so all 3 stars at once. After the forward bottle snagged the star box, the rear bottle got caught in the gap just before the finish line and became a pivot for the cart to right itself and roll on through. Probably not very repeatable, of course.
