Bad Piggies Rise and Swine Level 2-16 is 3-starred using a two contraptions. Place Freckles in a wooden frame with the grappling hook in front at a 45 degree angle. Then simply send the plunger into the cliff to pull him down the crevasse. Repeat the same thing with a steel frame to collect the snap krack star.

There is actually a way to do this In one go. Put the grappler on the left box and the pig on the right. Then hit the pig with the grappler so he gets pushed into the goal.
