Ground Hog Day Level 1-21 is solved in two steps. Build a two box cart, placing the electric motor and the fan on the right side. Navigate your vehicle as fast as possible towards the finish line within the time limit. In our second contraption, we simply increased the size of the cart by one box. This will decrease the speed of your vehicle, which must cross the finish line without a scratch. Krak Snap is not allowed on this level.

For the 1st shot , I used the same vehicle, except I moved everything to the right. I ended up getting all three stars at one time.
I did at one try too; very similar . Going a little fast ; my time trial at the end was 0.46
