Charge your batteries for the epic conclusion to Angry Birds Short Fuse! It looks like the Shockwave-ified Bomb Bird and friends will be back to roast some pigs sooner than later (**cough** tomorrow **cough**).
Below is the teaser that Rovio just posted on their Twitter page:
The team have been working on some new levels for tomorrow! Excited? #AngryBirdsClassic pic.twitter.com/s2lLCQoqmA

Shocking as it may be, it definitely sounds like we’ll be getting a Tuesday update to the original Angry Birds! And Rovio’s very subtle subliminal message hints to it concluding the Short Fuse episode.
Prepare your flinger finger and charge those lithium ion batteries, as tomorrow is shaking up to be full of sparks.
Just a friendly reminder in advance that the Shockwave Power Up — as in pressing the button and summoning a Shockwave Black Bird into the lineup — counts as a Power Up and such scores should not be entered on our Short Fuse Leaderboards. On the other hand, using a lineup-provided Black Bird is okay.
Kudos to @josm for pinging us about this earlier. Thanks!
That a surprise update on a Tuesday. Shall we expect something else on Thursday ?:)
I would think not @joeyba
@joeyba @erika-rieger Angry Birds Go! maybe?
@Josm probably yea
@josm Maybe
I wonder if they will fix the changes from the last update. Was really hoping to get 2 mil on that one golden egg. (not to mention the other changes)
I may need to call in sick tomorrow.
Would be perfect to get the 2 mil golden egg back.
I wonder who’s next in line for their own episode. Chuck? Terence?
My vote would be for Chuck
I think it is me.
@ybird .Just say “Chuck” to be cleaar
Sounds great to get 15 more levels to this great game.
12:14 am here in Seattle and still no update! What is taking soooooo long! ;)
Available on iOS now!
2 potion on GE are back?
Not yet out on GP.
Big changes:
– 15 new levels
– Power-up shop looks different now
– The super seed makes all birds bigger instead of one
+ 4 new levels to try each Power-Up.
Now on Android too.
I have to log in again just to play. Before this, I was already logged in to Rovio.
Nice update, but they didn’t change the location of the powerup. Right under the pause button is stupid. :(
Are they ever going to update the original game, Rio and Seasons for the Nook? I haven’t gotten updates to them in at least 6 months, maybe even a year. I really don’t want to replay all those levels, let alone pay for them again for my Android phone. I already had to do that when they stopped supporting Star Wars for the Nook tablet. I tried looking at Rovio’s website but couldn’t find anything about it.
I would reach out to their support team. They would be more able to answer your question than us.
Just so you known the answer is no. They will not be updating for any of the older platforms.
