I actually found it easier to reverse the shots – Aim Willow to just under the left platform, between the horizontal plank and pig, but do not trigger her vortex spin power manually. Her trajectory will eventually travel all the way to the right, to get all of the pigs and create a clear path for the next shot. Using the same arc, fling Stella under the left platform and just before she touches the water, aim her at the bowling ball or just below it. The debris will get sucked into the vacuum destroying the upper right structure and clearing all remaining pigs.
