Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #5 (Day 5, released on May 24th) Week 23 which began on May 20th, 2013. Our non power-up strategy for this level is to send han Solo south, skimming the atmosphere, and aim his blaster at the bottom tnt before impact. Results vary a lot, but you should be able to clear the pigs on the left. Then use a second bird to detonate the top tnt to destroy the remaining pigs. The score in the video below is 77,290.

gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! your shot in the video explodes in precisely the same way my shot DOESN’T!!!!! already gone through 20 crystals and only one star. anybody got any better ways?

I mirror your sentiment exactly, except I haven’t yet attained the 3 stars, seems to me that Rovio and Facebook want to mess with our heads on this level. Maybe tomorrow?
At last! 78910 with 2 Birds, but reversing the order of the shots on the video. PU’s would help immensely on this level, especially the laser blaster, but I still refuse to spend money on PU’s until Rovio decides to be a little more considerate towards PC players by updating all remaining games.
3 stars probably even with 75000. Got myself 3 stars with 76,150

You can also get a 3 star score with 3 birds if you are tired like me and can’t get that TNT to cooperate. Do the same thing with Han skimming the south but aim your blaster at the metal by the boxed pig and it should reflect down and destroy the bottom pig. The TNT and debris should be able to destroy the boxed pig. Next fire Han like the 2nd shot in the video and there is a small chance the pig on the top will die a slow death. However, it might not be enough for a 3 star score so send Luke skimming the bottom and use him to destroy the pig’s platform. The damage Luke will do will be more than 10k+. I ended up with 78k when it was all said and done.
used 4 birds, only 2 stars!! First 2 birds like in video, has to use red bird to take out pig on top of planet, and 4th bird to take out pig on bottom!
My first shot was the same as the video’s second. For my other shot I aimed at the small pig to the right of the remaining TNT and then waited for the TNT to fall. Both shots were outside the planets gravity fields. (I expect these shots work equally well whichever order you do them in.)

After about 30+ attempts, just got the 3 stars!! Not an easy level….and without PU’s!! 76K
79470 but going the opposite way – Hans just skimming the top of the first planet – in fact not even touching but enough to pull him in, shoot at the bird above and crash into the tnt – got all bottom birds that way, then use second Hans as video

Battled to get 3 stars initially and found that using 3 birds is better than 2. Got me close to 80k. When I had a great 1st and 2nd shot I went overboard with power-ups.
1ste shot like in walkthrough, but top left structure must not fall. 2nd shot almost like in walkthrough, but shoot earlier and try to hit the right piggy and TNT with the lasers. 3rd shot like 1st one, but with all power-ups.
thanks. Won’t be in any danger of breaking your score, I’m afraid. I don’t use PU, mostly because I canna afford them. Congrats on a great score!
I just use power-ups very wisely and not often. I have only spent real money twice on FB and that was with the Christmas collection and I think it was the Halloween one to unlock the levels and to get certain unlimited power-ups.
a decent 3 star score is possible with 3 birds. I still have yet to duplicate the video. but, if the top center pig (the well protected one in the wood tower) survives your first shot, shoot second bird as video, but ricochet the shot into the metal beam ABOVE the tnt, being sure to try to skim all the spare parts on the north side. then fire luke as first bird, sabering in the middle of the wood tower for maximum damage.
