Another strategy is to use Luke to deflect the laser blasts to the TNT. I found it a lot easier than trying to time lobbing Luke to avoid the lasers.

I’ve seen this a few times before, where a score will 3-star for one person but not for another, but it mostly happens in the normal games rather than tournament games.

here is the strategy for 80K NO PU´s… (very lucky, normally 74-75k)
aim the first metal block (middle)and split as fast as u can :)
should give u up to 16300. second, aim the last tower very close to the laser´s. start the second when laser about 1 second. then reflect the lasers. TNT should blow the complete rest of the first tower and almost all of the last tower… have fun :)

Can you post video by chance? I’m confused about that second shot.

Can anyone give some tips on the timing of the lasers? I’ve tried several ways but not always getting the same result. For instance if I launch just as the lasers are over the red bird and almost hit the 3rd laser the red bird comes down and either misses the next set of lasers or catches them so I have to activate the red bird and sometimes the lasers blow the TNT and sometimes they only hit the first tower. When they blow the TNT it takes out the rest of the pigs but leaves the first tower standing which doesn’t give me enough damage to get 3 stars. Is this just another luck bases level? Grrrrr…

My aim is generally to keep the flight arc just below the line of the lasers. The timing is variable, depending on what you are trying to deflect the lasers into. To intersect the blaster bolts at the top of the flight arc, and direct them down into the TNT, you want to release Luke just as the laser blasts cross the top of your projected arc. To catch them further along in Luke’s flight, you release Luke when they are halfway from the gun to the top of the projected arc.

I found that, once deflected, the laser bolts were hitting Luke and deflecting a second time. To get past that, you trigger Luke’s light saber a moment AFTER the targeted bolt is past him. That sends the deflected shot downward behind Luke, and hopefully into the TNT.

Thank you! Finally got 3 stars! 73,760 BUT a friend has gotten 74,470 and I can’t seem to get those extra points.
