Our non power-up strategy is to fling Han over the first structure, and aim his blaster at the top triangular block. When timed right, the shots should ricochet to the right and cut the ropes. The steel wheels will drop and roll towards the tnt, clearing most of the pigs. Use a second bird, if necessary, to clear the remaining pig on the left. The score in the video below is 95,670.

Part of the key to getting the angle on the upward shot to ricochet into the right place is to aim the blaster shot at the center of the triangle, and start firing a little before Han is directly underneath it. Your first shot will angle slightly to the right, the second shot will be vertical the third will angle to the left.
